1. This one time setup fee is a non-refundable payment to gain access to our Search Engine Optimization Service and to use the service for a period of 6 months.
2. This service allows the client to improve their site position in the major search engines for the keyphrases that are most relevant to your business.
3. The number of keyphrases that you can optimize is based on the fee that you have paid for the package that you have purchased.
4. You agree to allow us to showcase your website as a part of our demonstration.
5. You may upgrade your service to allow for the optimization of additional relevant keyphrases at any time for an additional fee. Service cannot be downgraded.
6. The service will create additional pages based upon the package that you have purchased for the number of keyphrases to be optimized.
7. The service will increase the relevant keyphrase frequency percentage and keep the content fresh.
8. The service will submit to all major search engines, directories and FFA pages
9. Client recognizes that no guarantee is made as to any specific position location on any particular search engine since Service has no control over the Search Engines nor other sites ranked on those search engines.

10. Client will have access to reporting in their administrative log-in area, the information available in this area will include:

    • Inbound Link Popularity
    • Google PageRank
    • various free online and downloadable tools to aid the client in understanding and improving their website positioning
11. Though we practice ethical SEO techniques, have absolutely no control over the discretionary decisions that a Search Engine or Directory may take in listing your site or accepting submission. Therefore by signing this document you are agreeing to release from any liability resulting from the action of the Search Engines or Directories.
12. We will provide the client with a list of words relevant to their selection with search results up to 2,500,000
13. All work is performed in the first 30 days from date of sale. You then have 6 months of free access from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday Pacific Standard Time to view your results. If you purchased 24/7 access, limited access does not apply.
14. We may, at our discretion, choose to add key phrases to strengthen your campaign.

Note: When the client stops the service, their position will decrease.

I understand that the account that I provide for payment will be charged for the appropriate fees according to the package I have requested above. I hereby represent that I am the authorized user for the account that I have provided for payment. 2. In the event that my check does not clear, I authorize to run the charge on the credit card listed above for the stated amount of this order.
3. I authorize to duplicate the preceding information into a bank draft form. I understand that I will receive a check authorization notice from my financial institution, notifying me that a bank draft has been issued in my behalf for said purchase. I will retain my original check for my record of the transaction.

6. If guarantee is not met, service will continue for a second 6 months at no charge.
